Terms of Use
These conditions apply to anyone reading ulqevira.com.
Scope of the site
Ulqevira is an editorial page about two free match-three games for Android, with one section on the hardware that makes their boards readable. Access is free and anonymous. Nothing is sold here, nothing is licensed, no installation file is hosted and no payment can be made.
Why every store fact carries a date
Labels, level counts, download sizes and availability belong to the developers and to Google, and they are changed without announcement. Each store fact on this site is printed with the day it was read, and that date is not decoration: after it, the application's own listing is the authority and this page is a record of a past state.
The retailer links
The section on screens links to category searches on a third-party retailer's own website; the link points at a category, not at a chosen product. Ulqevira does not sell, ship, invoice or warrant anything, is not a party to any sale, and takes no commission from one. Price, stock, delivery, returns and warranty are matters for the seller and appear on the seller's pages. No prices are printed on this site, because a printed price is out of date almost immediately and a stale price is worse than none.
Ownership
The writing, the tables, the design and the code belong to Hannah Okafor. Quoting a passage with attribution and a link is welcome. Reproducing a page in full, or harvesting the site automatically, is not. Game titles, icons, screenshots and any retailer's marks belong to their respective owners; the Legal Notice sets that out.
What is not guaranteed
The content is supplied as it stands. Ulqevira is not answerable for a decision to install either game, for anything a game charges after installation, for an order placed with a retailer, or for a brief period in which these pages are unreachable.
Complaints and applicable law
Corrections and legal questions go to [email protected], quoting the page concerned; the answer comes in writing, normally within three working days. The law of Canada and of the operator's province applies, and nothing here displaces a consumer right that cannot be waived.
