Two rows say yes. Everything below concerns those two.
The accountable person
Hannah Okafor publishes ulqevira.com from Canada and is the individual accountable for the two rows above. Privacy correspondence goes to [email protected].
The log row, in detail
A hosting provider records the requesting IP address, the browser identification string, the timestamp and the path for each file it serves. This is what makes a website work and what makes an outage diagnosable; it is not read for any other reason and it is not connected to anything else. The provider does this on our behalf under contract and holds the entries for its own retention window, which does not exceed six months.
The email row, in detail
If you write, the mailbox contains your address and whatever you chose to put in the message. It is used to answer you and for nothing else. It is deleted once the matter is finished, and in any case no more than twelve months after your last message. No mailing list exists here, no marketing is sent, and therefore no consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation is sought or recorded.
Nothing leaves this domain by itself
Every file a page loads — stylesheet, script, image, icon — is served from ulqevira.com. There is no external font, no embedded video, no advertising tag and no measurement script, so no third party learns that you opened a page here. That changes the moment you click a link out: from then on the destination's own practices govern, and nothing on this side can observe or affect them.
Exercising your rights
You may ask what is held, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, and the reply comes within thirty days and usually within a week. Where the answer does not satisfy you, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada will consider a complaint; residents of Quebec may take one to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec instead.
The browser storage this site uses to remember your answer to the notice is described in the Cookie Notice; it holds no personal information and never leaves your device.
